Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our products are made-to-order, processing time allows us to carefully prepare and package each item to ensure quality.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times typically range between 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
Please note:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high order volume.
Hydrababe Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are made and printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly assist with a replacement.

Digital Product Policy
All digital products, including the Hydrababe Fitness Journal, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.
